Meet 4 Brothers Welding Crew

Owned by four skilled Black welders, we bring strength and precision to every project, from Damian Willis, Juno Keizer, Kaylen Beals, and Deion Parsons.

Our Story

We didn’t start as brothers — we started as four strangers in a class of twenty, stepping into a two‑year welding program through Irving’s Pathways to Shipbuilding. None of us knew each other, but from day one our class made a promise: no man gets left behind. We pushed, supported, and motivated each other to earn that welding diploma, one bead at a time.

Through the jokes, the long days, the burn marks, the laughter, and the grind, the four of us formed our own bond — something stronger than steel and welded tighter than any joint we laid in the shop. Somewhere between the sparks flying and the late‑night study sessions, we started dreaming bigger. We tossed around the idea of building our own business, even launched a podcast together, and every step pulled us closer.

Nearly ten years later, that bond hasn’t weakened — it’s only gotten stronger. We’ve grown into fathers, leaders, and Red Seal welders, still standing shoulder‑to‑shoulder the same way we did on day one. Most people drift apart after school. Our brotherhood didn’t crack, split or distort— it fused into something solid. Something permanent.

We learned to weld together. We grew into tradesmen together. We supported each other through every challenge, every test, every job, and every chapter of life.

Today, as 4 Brothers Welding, we bring that same commitment, trust, and craftsmanship to every project we touch. Ideas are just ideas without motivation, ambition, commitment, and execution — and we’re fully committed to all four.

When you choose us, you’re not just getting welders. You’re getting a team built on loyalty, precision, and pride — a brotherhood that stands behind every bead we lay.

We promise precise, clean, above‑standard craftsmanship on every weld and every finished product. Because for us, this isn’t just work — it’s our legacy, forged together.

Four Brothers Welding Bonded by fire. Built to last.ll.

The brothers' craftsmanship turned my project into a sturdy work of art.
